Discreet Packaging & Shipping Label

We understand that not everyone lives in Denver Colorado. For those reasons Mile High Glass Pipes ships all orders in plain packaging & with a generic label. We use plain brown boxes (we do recycle to save waste, so sometimes they aren't new), and or ship in plain USPS boxes. All labels, no matter what type box, will Not have the name Mile High Glass Pipes on it. Since most of our customers are not as lucky as us to live in a place like Denver, we do everything we can to protect your privacy.

Mile High Glass Pipes does Not sell products to anyone under the age of 21 (18 where applicable). For this reason we may make your package require an adult signature. If you are trying to use a stolen credit card, and or are under age, please don't. This does not mean every package will be signature required. In most cases they won't.

Mile High Glass Pipes does Not guarantee a delivery date on any order. Typically we get orders out fast, but sometimes unforeseen circumstances do happen. For this reason we do Not guarantee any ship dates, or delivery dates.

Where do you ship from?

Our warehouse is located in Downtown, Los Angeles. We ship orders daily.

Free US Shipping

We ship to all 50 States free of charge. We use Fedex, and USPS. Depending on the item order we will choose the “type” of shipping. For smaller cheaper items we use First Class mail. For larger items we will typically use Fedex ground, or USPS Priority Mail.

International orders can be placed via email.

How Fast Do you ship?

We typically ship orders out within 2-3 business days. Unforeseen circumstances can, and do happen, for these reason we do Not guarantee a ship date. Holidays, weekends, etc. can slow ship time. We ship orders weekdays, Monday through Friday.

What if it breaks in shipping?

All items are OBVIOUSLY sent in new working order. If for some reason your items arrive cracked/broken/damaged in any way you must contact us within 48 hours of receipt. The item MUST be unused! Once you have used the item we are not liable in any way for breakage. You will need to contact us with an order number, and pictures of the broken items within 48 hours of receipt.

In some cases we may request you send the broken item back for closer inspection. This is to help fight fraudulent liars. Please don't try to scam us.

We will replace the broken item with the same, and or similar item in most cases.

What happens if my package is returned to sender?

In the event your package is returned to sender due to invalid address, you can choose to have it reshipped to an alternate or corrected address. You will be charged for the cost of the postage. If your package was returned to sender, please contact support via email. If you do not want your package resent we will offer you a full refund on the product only. Original shipping charges will not be refunded. 

What if I want to return an item?

We ONLY accept UNUSED items. Once it has been used/opened we can not, and will not accept it as a return. If you do want to return an UNUSED/UNOPENED item (up to 5 days after purchase date)please contact us prior to the return. We will need your order number, name, and the item/items ordered.

Mile High Glass Pipes does NOT pay for return shipping/packaging costs. The customer is responsible for paying all return shipping/packaging costs.

Mile High Glass Pipes can use its discretion on whether a store credit is issued, or the customer is given a full refund.
