Common questions
How fast does commission credit to my account?
Within 2 hours of the order being placed. You'll get an email each time it happens: "Yo Jade, you just earned $4.50 from Order #27810."
When do I get paid?
Payouts run on the 1st of every month. Minimum payout is $10 — balances below roll over. Store credit is instant; cash payouts via PayPal take 5-10 business days.
What if the order gets refunded?
Commissions have a 30-day hold to cover refunds and chargebacks. If an order is refunded within that window, the commission is deducted from your pending balance.
Can I use my own code?
Nope — self-referral is against our terms. We check for same email, IP, and shipping address. Attempts flag your account for review.
Do I have to disclose the affiliate relationship?
Yes. US Federal Trade Commission rules require you to include #ad or #affiliate in every post that features your code or MHGP products. Details in the Terms.
What's the Google Wallet pass?
A digital pass that lives on your phone (Android natively, iOS via Wallet). Shows your code, QR code, and live earnings. Sends a push notification when a new commission credits.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Email cs@milehighglasspipes.com and we'll close your account. Any pending earnings above $10 will pay out on the next scheduled payout.
