Freak Pack Giveaway — Official Rules

1. Sponsor

The Mile High Glass Pipes (MHGP) Freak Pack Giveaway (the "Sweepstakes") is sponsored by Mile High Glass Pipes, operating at milehighglasspipes.com ("Sponsor"). Prize supplied in partnership with Lion Rolling Circus.

2. Eligibility

  • Open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are 21 years of age or older at the time of entry.
  • Employees of Mile High Glass Pipes, Lion Rolling Circus, their affiliates, and immediate family members of employees are not eligible.
  • Void where prohibited or restricted by law.
  • By entering, you represent that you meet all eligibility requirements.

3. Entry Period

The Sweepstakes runs on a rolling monthly basis. Each drawing period begins at 12:00:00 AM Mountain Time on the first day of a calendar month and ends at 11:59:59 PM Mountain Time on the last day of that month. Entries received outside a given period are held for the next drawing.

4. How to Enter

There are two ways to enter, and no purchase is necessary. One entry per person per calendar month regardless of method.

  1. Online: Submit the Freak Pack sign-up form at milehighglasspipes.com. Provide your first name, email address, and confirm you are 21+.
  2. Alternate Method of Entry (AMOE) — free, no purchase: Handwrite your full name, email address, mailing address, phone number, date of birth, and the words "Freak Pack Sweepstakes Entry" on a 3x5 card and mail it to: MHGP, Attn: Freak Pack Giveaway, 349 Los Angeles Street, Suite 8045, Los Angeles, CA 90013. Entry must be postmarked by the last day of the calendar month to be included in that month's drawing.

Automated entries, bulk entries, or entries submitted through any service other than the official sign-up form or the AMOE method above are void.

5. Prize

One (1) winner per calendar month will receive one (1) Freak Pack Bundle by Lion Rolling Circus. Approximate retail value ("ARV"): $35.00 USD. Prize is awarded "as is" with no substitutions except at Sponsor's sole discretion. Prize is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

6. Winner Selection & Notification

Winner is chosen by a cryptographically random draw from all eligible entries received during the entry period. The draw uses Node.js crypto.randomInt with a 128-bit random seed. The seed, complete entry list, and winner index are archived for each drawing and available on request for audit purposes.

Winner will be notified by email at the address provided at entry, typically within the first week of the following month. Winner must reply with a valid US shipping address and reconfirm age eligibility within seven (7) days of notification. If a winner does not respond within seven (7) days, cannot be verified, or declines the prize, that prize will be forfeited and a substitute winner will be drawn from the remaining eligible entries.

7. Odds

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the entry period.

8. Winner List

The first name and city of each winner will be posted on this page after prize fulfillment. To request the complete winner list for any prior drawing, email info@milehighglasspipes.com.

9. Privacy

Personal information collected during entry is governed by the Mile High Glass Pipes Privacy Policy. Entering the Sweepstakes constitutes consent to be added to the MHGP email marketing list; you may unsubscribe at any time using the link in any marketing email.

10. General Conditions

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entry that violates these rules, to modify or terminate the Sweepstakes if it cannot be conducted as planned, and to interpret these rules in its sole discretion. By entering, you release Sponsor and Lion Rolling Circus from any liability arising from participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance and use of the prize.

The Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the State of Colorado. All disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Denver, Colorado.
