I recently purchased a PHOENIX STAR 13" Sandblasted glass water pipe from Mile High Glass Pipes. Despite a few technical hang-ups, which were addressed by a customer service rep (on a Sunday, no less!), I received my order in a very timely fashion and exactly as t appeared in the product listing. The water pipe costs $49.90 via Mile High Glass Pipes (about $65.00 total, with tax and extraneous charges) and would easily cost $120 in the States. Amazing purchase, great customer service ... I am definitely going to be a return customer!
You did not have the glass pipe I ordered. You did credit it back a few weeks later. It took to long to get what I did order. Your service is to slow.
I've always been satisfied with my orders from Mile High Glass Pipes. Any issues were rectified quickly and fairly and I love their products!
Bought a perfect little one person bubbler. It took a few days to process the order but arrived in about a week. It was well packaged and shipped with care. I was really happy with this service.
